The Manosphere has been a prominent topic of discussion over the past four years, and continues to be as it grows through new subgenres. Red pill ideology has practically become mainstream through brute power, and the people within understand how to influence people as well as work internet algorithms to dominate spaces. When you dominate a space, people will listen and inevitably be infected with the red pill virus. My outcome highlights the powerful methods, ideology, influence, wealth, success, impact and consequences the Manosphere brings into the world.
The book is constructed with various coloured stocks representing the topic and the sections within. The first portion of the book utilises bright red stock to represent the red pill and its corruption, and acts as a strong contrast to the black type and images. Black on red creates a sinister feeling, just like the sinister things spoken by Manosphere figures. The second section uses Adriatic blue stock as a play on the red and blue pill contrast. This section contains a somewhat more positive collection of content, which talks about what is being done in the mainstream to critique, combat, and create discussion against the Manosphere as well as bring awareness to parents about its harm and power.
